Une cotisation annuelle est \u00e0 payer ainsi qu&rsquo;un formulaire \u00e0 remplir au d\u00e9but de la saison en septembre. Il est cependant possible de s&rsquo;affilier au club en cours de saison et une r\u00e9duction sera alors accord\u00e9e en fonction de la date d&rsquo;inscription. Avant de s&rsquo;affilier ou d&rsquo;affilier un de ses enfants, il est possible de participer gratuitement \u00e0 deux entra\u00eenements dirig\u00e9s (sans la couverture de l\u2019assurance de la stade<\/strong>, rempla\u00e7ant le certificat m\u00e9dical traditionnel par un questionnaire de sant\u00e9 num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Pour \u00eatre valides, les adh\u00e9sions en lignes doivent \u00eatre compl\u00e9t\u00e9es par les documents demand\u00e9es dans les conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">voici le lien pour comprendre et remplir votre PPS en vigueur a compter du Lundi 06 gratuit, s\u00e9curis\u00e9 et accessible depuis l\u2019Espace Licenci\u00e9. Il permet aux joueurs et joueuses \u00e2g\u00e9s de&nbsp;<strong>18 \u00e0 64 ans<\/strong>&nbsp;de valider leur licence avec pratique sportive au d\u00e9but de chaque saison, sans avoir \u00e0 compl\u00e9ter le pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent questionnaire de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Pour les licenci\u00e9s de&nbsp;<strong>65 ans et plus<\/strong>, le certificat m\u00e9dical reste obligatoire \u00e0 chaque&nbsp;<strong>changement de cat\u00e9gorie<\/strong>.
